Your domain XXXXXXX.com will be moved soon to the new facilities and a new server. If there are any extenuating circumstances (to delay or prevent the move) please call now.

Great news; the new facility will be considerably better in many aspects to the previous one.

The servers themselves have much more space available to us as well as giant bandwidth quotas. These have quad core Intel processors for much faster script execution and database operations.

Reliability and email/spam issues should lessen/dissapear after the move.

The new server control panels have a myriad of new and familiar scripts and utilities for your benifit. Disk space and bandwidth quotas in all hosting packages have all increased again.

1) The pop3 mail server will expect the "entire" email address for the username instead of just the name.
example: john@domain.com instead of just john as our old servers used.
Change this in your email client program (Outlook, Thunderbird or Opera)

2) The naming convention for a new MySQL db's is user_domain_com. If you use 3rd Party applications (Shopping carts Guestbook)you may have to change the way your programs call the database. Most of those users will just have to change a "config" file for each application. We will be happy to help just let us know.
