The Tech Support staff will take your requests to perform tasks not automated by the Server Control Panel, such as Secure access to the CGI-bin. Tech Support is not on duty to teach HTML. Please consult the Online Manual first, it will often tell you exactly when to contact Tech Support or where to find answers outside their scope of service. Please don't use the 800 number to ask for help with your own web design, we provide web hosting at these discount rates and cannot do free design or programming. If you have a question regarding your account or have a server problem to report, and you cannot
find a solution in our Online Manual or Frequently Asked
Questions, please use the Tech Support Button in your Server Control Panel or send an email to
support and always include your domain name in email support requests. Our Online Manual is rather extensive and contains a great deal of information that will guide you through most every aspect of setting up and maintaining your virtual domain. We cannot provide Tech Support for 3rd party software and scripts. This includes any and all HTML coding, CGI & Java Scripts, or any other software that you utilize to design and implement your web pages and we can not answer questions pertaining to such requests.
